Interface illustration with sample data. We don't publish client screens for confidentiality reasons.

Sound familiar?

The four reasons companies call us

Every department has its own number

Sales says one thing, finance says another, and leadership doesn't know which to trust. Pulling together a consolidated report eats up two days of someone's time.

Your systems don't talk to each other

The ERP on one side, the CRM on another, billing on a third. Some people's real job is copying data from one screen to another.

Your own process got left out

What makes your company different is exactly what no system accounts for, and it ends up living in side spreadsheets nobody audits.

You pay for licenses you don't use

A monthly fee per user, twenty percent of the features in use, and adapting it to your operation costs more than the system itself.

What we do

Six areas that tend to show up together

Almost nobody hires just one. You start with the one that hurts most, and the rest surface as the first one exposes the underlying problem.

Dashboards & reporting

The numbers from all your sources, reconciled against a single definition and kept up to date without anyone touching anything. Reporting stops being a monthly chore.

When it fitsEvery team tracks its own numbers and none of them match

  • All your sources, consolidated
  • Definitions agreed in writing
  • Dashboards by department and role
  • Automatic refresh
Explore dashboards & reporting

Process automation

The repetitive work that takes up hours of expensive people's time: notifying, reminding, entering data, checking. Automated, with retries, and with a person at the end when judgment is needed.

When it fitsYour team spends hours a week on tasks that need no judgment

  • A map of what's worth automating
  • Workflows with retries and error handling
  • Escalation to a person
  • A dashboard of every run
Explore process automation

Web & mobile apps

Tools for people who work outside the office: in the warehouse, on the road or at the customer's site. They work without signal and sync when it comes back.

When it fitsYour field staff report over WhatsApp and someone retypes it into a sheet

  • A mobile-friendly web app, or a native app
  • Works offline
  • Photo, signature and location
  • A tracking dashboard for the office
Explore web & mobile apps

Management systems

The process that's unique to your business, the one no off-the-shelf software covers and that today runs on side spreadsheets nobody audits.

When it fitsYou pay for licenses and still handle the specifics outside them

  • Discovery with the people who run the process
  • Modules by department, with role-based permissions
  • Migration of the data you already have
  • Audit log
Explore management systems

Document management

Case files, contracts and records with version control, permissions and traceability. No more network folder where nobody knows which version is the right one.

When it fitsDocuments live in shared folders with no version control

  • A repository with your structure
  • Real version control
  • Permissions by role and by document
  • Full-text search
Explore document management

Client portals

A dedicated login where your clients look up on their own what they now ask for over the phone. Fewer interruptions for your team and better service for them.

When it fitsYour team loses the day answering where each thing stands

  • A dedicated login for each client
  • Live status
  • Documents and invoices
  • Automatic status updates

What we've already built

Systems running in production

These aren't mockups or demo projects: they're systems someone uses every day. For each one we show the problem it started with, how it was solved and what it's built with.

AI assistant · Professional services

An assistant that answers, qualifies and books on its own

The problemInquiries came in over WhatsApp at all hours and got answered whenever someone had a minute. Half of them went cold before the first reply.

An assistant connected to WhatsApp that replies on the spot, understands what the inquiry is about, screens out what the business doesn't handle, offers time slots from the real calendar and creates the deal in the CRM. When a person is needed, it flags it and hands over the conversation with full context.

  • Answers at 3 a.m. just like at 3 p.m.
  • Tells a qualified inquiry from one that isn't
  • Books the appointment with no one stepping in

Automation · Healthcare and appointment-based services

A confirmation system that cuts no-shows

The problemAppointments got booked and then people didn't show up. Confirming each one by phone didn't scale.

The day before, a message goes out with two buttons: confirm or reschedule. If there's no answer, it follows up once more and sends a final reminder. Anything still unanswered is escalated to the team inbox, already flagged, so someone picks it up.

  • Confirms without anyone picking up the phone
  • Tells who confirmed from who never answered
  • Leaves the human only what actually needs one

Web app · Sales teams

A shared inbox with bot ↔ human handoff

The problemThe bot handled conversations well, but when someone needed to step in there was nowhere to do it: people replied from their own phones and the record got lost.

A web inbox where the team sees every bot conversation, takes the one they want and replies by hand. When they take it, the bot goes quiet; when they release it, the bot comes back. Every conversation is assigned to a person, with its full history.

  • The bot and the team work on the same conversation
  • Nobody steps on someone else's reply
  • There's a record of who said what, and when

Management system · Legal

A collections platform for a law firm

The problemThe portfolio was tracked in spreadsheets everyone edited on their own. Nobody knew for sure where a file stood without asking around.

A system where every debtor has a record, a status and a history of every action taken. The whole team sees changes as they happen, with role-based permissions.

  • One single version of where each case stands
  • An activity history that doesn't get lost
  • Each role sees what it's supposed to see

Platform · Corporate training

A training platform that tracks real progress

The problemCourse platforms charge per student and don't show who's actually making progress: they mark a lesson as watched even if nobody watched it.

A proprietary platform with sign-up, a module-based curriculum and progress measured on the video actually played. The dashboard ranks enrollees by progress, which turns a student list into a priority list.

  • Real progress, not a ticked box
  • No per-student fees
  • A new niche opens by adding its curriculum, no code changes

Data dashboard · Multi-client

A dashboard that brings ads, analytics and CRM into one view

The problemThe numbers lived in four different platforms, and building a report meant hours of copy-and-paste, with errors guaranteed.

A dashboard that pulls data from every source each night, reconciles it against a single definition and shows it per client. What used to take an afternoon is ready the moment you open it.

  • One number for each metric, not four versions
  • Updates without anyone touching it
  • Each client sees their own data and nothing else

Integration · Cross-industry

Integrations that get your systems talking

The problemThe CRM, billing and advertising platforms didn't know about each other. Data was moved from one to the other by hand.

Automated processes that move information between platforms as often as needed, log what happened and alert you when something breaks instead of failing silently.

  • No more manual data entry between systems
  • Errors raise a flag instead of hiding
  • The same information everywhere

By industry

Every industry has its own bottleneck

Logistics and transportation

Systems to move, track and prove delivery. What today gets handled with phone calls and photos over WhatsApp.

  • Fleet tracking and the status of every trip
  • Route and load assignment
  • Digital proof of delivery, with signature and photo
  • A portal where the end customer sees where their shipment is

Retail and distribution

Stock, orders and pricing in one place, without the spreadsheet only one person understands.

  • Real-time inventory across multiple warehouses
  • Orders entered by sales reps from their phones
  • Different price lists by channel or customer
  • Reorder alerts before you run out of stock

Healthcare

Scheduling, records and reminders, in line with what regulations require for patient data.

  • Appointments with automatic confirmation
  • Patient records with role-based access
  • Reminders that reduce no-shows
  • Utilization metrics per practitioner

Legal

Case files, deadlines and collections where the whole firm sees the same thing.

  • Case files with stages and due dates
  • Alerts for procedural deadlines
  • Collections with a full activity history
  • A portal where clients follow their case
How we work

Five stages, each with a concrete deliverable

01

Discovery

Sessions with the people who do the work today, not just the people who manage it. The output is a map of the real process and an estimate with a written scope.

Scope document and estimate

02

Prototype

The key screens, clickable, before the system is built. It's far cheaper to find out here that something was poorly thought out.

Approved prototype

03

Build

Releases every two weeks on the real system, not on a slide deck. You watch the product take shape and can course-correct.

Working releases

04

Launch

Migration of the data you already have, team training and hands-on support for the first few weeks. A system nobody uses is the same as not having one.

System in production

05

Support and evolution

Maintenance with committed response times and improvements as the business changes. Software that isn't maintained gets abandoned within a year.

Service agreement

What we put in writing

Hiring a small team shouldn't be a risk

The real objection isn't price: it's what happens to your system if we're not around tomorrow. That's why this goes in the contract, not in a promise made over a meeting.

The system is yours

The repository, the database and the service accounts are in your company's name from day one. You're not renting access to something of ours.

No vendor lock-in

We hand over documented code and credentials. If you decide to continue with another team, you take it with you without asking permission or paying a ransom.

Confidentiality from the first meeting

We sign an NDA before you walk us through your operation. What we see of your business stays within our team.

Backed-up, traceable data

Role-based access, audit logs and automatic backups. You can see who viewed or changed what, which is what any serious review requires.

FAQ

What people ask before getting started

It depends on the scope, and be wary of anyone who quotes a number without seeing your process. What we can tell you quickly is whether building your own makes sense, or whether an existing tool covers 80% of it for much less. That conversation is free.

The first version that's already useful usually takes six to twelve weeks. After that, the system keeps growing with releases every few weeks. We don't do six-month projects in the dark.

Yes. The repository, the database and the services are in your name. If tomorrow you want to continue with another team, you take everything with you without depending on us.

We can integrate with it instead of replacing it. A good part of what we do is exactly that: connecting existing systems so they stop living in silos.

Yes, web and mobile. That said, what gets requested as an app is often better solved with a web app that works well on a phone: no app stores, no forced updates and about a third of the cost. We'll tell you before we charge you more than you need.

Support and ongoing development. A system in production needs maintenance, and business processes change; software that isn't maintained gets abandoned within a year.
