Custom web and mobile app development
Tools for people who work outside the office: in the warehouse, on the road or at the customer's site. They work without signal and sync when it comes back.

Interface illustration with sample data. We don't publish client screens for confidentiality reasons.
If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place
The field reports over WhatsApp
Loose photos and messages that someone at the office retypes into a spreadsheet. Information gets lost and the work gets done twice.
No signal, no system
In a warehouse or a rural area the web system won't load, and the worker goes back to pen and paper.
The office finds out too late
What happened in the morning reaches the system at night, when it's too late to do anything about it.
What's included in web & mobile apps
A mobile-friendly web app, or a native app
What gets requested as an app is often better solved with a web app: no app stores, no forced updates and about a third of the cost. We'll tell you which one makes sense before charging you more than you need.
Works offline
The worker keeps entering data, and once the signal is back it syncs on its own. No signal doesn't mean losing a day's work.
Photo, signature and location
Proof of what was done, where and when. It's what later prevents the argument with the customer.
A tracking dashboard for the office
What happens in the field shows up at the office in real time, not at the end of the day.
App store publishing
If it ships as a native app, we handle publishing to Google Play and the App Store, with the accounts in your name.
How it was solved in a real project
A shared inbox with bot ↔ human handoff
The problemThe bot handled conversations well, but when someone needed to step in there was nowhere to do it: people replied from their own phones and the record got lost.
A web inbox where the team sees every bot conversation, takes the one they want and replies by hand. When they take it, the bot goes quiet; when they release it, the bot comes back. Every conversation is assigned to a person, with its full history.
What the system is made of
Shared inbox · Take over and hand back · Per-agent assignment · Unified history
What changes once it's up and running
- The field enters data once, straight into the system
- Work continues without signal
- Proof of every visit, with photo and location
- The office sees what's happening as it happens
Five stages, each with a concrete deliverable
Discovery
Sessions with the people who do the work today, not just the people who manage it. The output is a map of the real process and an estimate with a written scope.
Scope document and estimate
Prototype
The key screens, clickable, before the system is built. It's far cheaper to find out here that something was poorly thought out.
Approved prototype
Build
Releases every two weeks on the real system, not on a slide deck. You watch the product take shape and can course-correct.
Working releases
Launch
Migration of the data you already have, team training and hands-on support for the first few weeks. A system nobody uses is the same as not having one.
System in production
Support and evolution
Maintenance with committed response times and improvements as the business changes. Software that isn't maintained gets abandoned within a year.
Service agreement
Hiring a small team shouldn't be a risk
The system is yours
The repository, the database and the service accounts are in your company's name from day one. You're not renting access to something of ours.
No vendor lock-in
We hand over documented code and credentials. If you decide to continue with another team, you take it with you without asking permission or paying a ransom.
Confidentiality from the first meeting
We sign an NDA before you walk us through your operation. What we see of your business stays within our team.
Backed-up, traceable data
Role-based access, audit logs and automatic backups. You can see who viewed or changed what, which is what any serious review requires.

It depends on whether you need to work offline, use the camera heavily or send push notifications. If not, a well-built mobile web app does the job just as well and costs quite a bit less. We assess it before deciding.
Yes. It's built on a shared codebase, so you don't pay for two builds.
We handle the process, but the developer accounts are in your company's name. That's what keeps you from depending on anyone to update it.
They're covered by the support agreement. The stores change their requirements every year, and an unmaintained app eventually stops installing.
